Painted by Hand. Carved in Stone.

Talismans and fine jewelry for the sentimental and strange. Designed through watercolor, hand-carved in stone and made slowly in the San Francisco Bay Area

Where Art Meets Stone

I have always been drawn to the beauty of natural gemstones, the way color, light, and texture come together to create something entirely unique.

Before a design ever reaches my bench, it begins with watercolor and gouache. Through painting, I explore how color interacts with form and how a piece can best showcase the character of a stone.

Rather than designing around trends, I design around the gemstone itself. Each stone possesses its own personality, whether it is the soft glow of a moonstone, the landscape like patterns hidden within an agate, or the vivid brilliance of a sapphire. My role is to create a setting that allows those qualities to shine.

Every piece begins as a conversation between artist and material, where traditional craftsmanship meets a contemporary eye for design.
The result is jewelry and objects created to celebrate the extraordinary beauty already found in nature.

Every piece begins with observation.

I spend time studying each gemstone. Its color, transparency, inclusions, and natural character before putting brush to paper.

Through watercolor and gouache, ideas are explored, refined, and reimagined until the design feels inseparable from the stone itself.
